This Privacy Policy explains how LUMER.live collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website, creator dashboard, widgets, overlays, desktop companion tools, and related services.

By using LUMER, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Account information: email address, display name, creator name, login details, subscription status, billing status, and support messages.

Creator settings: widget configuration, overlay links, alert settings, text-to-speech settings, loyalty settings, actions, media references, dashboard preferences, and feature usage.

TikTok information: if you connect TikTok, we may receive the TikTok account information TikTok provides through its approved login or API flow, such as open ID, display name, avatar, granted scopes, and connection status.

Live and technical data: live-session status, supporter and event analytics, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, logs, error reports, security events, and desktop sync status.

Payment information: billing plan, payment status, invoice identifiers, and limited payment metadata from payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide dashboards and widgets, connect TikTok identity, run overlays and alerts, sync desktop tools, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and improve LUMER.

We may use technical and usage data to monitor reliability, detect suspicious activity, enforce limits, and understand which features are working well for creators.

TikTok Login Kit or TikTok API connections are used to connect your TikTok identity to your LUMER account and enable creator features you choose to use.

LUMER does not ask for your TikTok password. LUMER does not use TikTok Login Kit to post videos, publish content, follow accounts, or change your TikTok account settings.

You may disconnect TikTok from your LUMER dashboard or revoke access through TikTok where supported. Some features may stop working after disconnecting.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate LUMER, such as hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, security, logging, and customer-support providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure reliability, and understand product usage.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect login, dashboard, and widget functionality.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide LUMER, maintain security, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Some logs and analytics may be kept for shorter periods. Backups may retain deleted information temporarily until they expire through normal backup cycles.

You may access, update, or delete certain account and creator settings from your dashboard. You may disconnect TikTok where supported.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. To make a request, contact support@lumer.live.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling privacy requests.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secure transport, monitoring, and limited access to sensitive systems.

No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. You should use a strong password, protect your devices, and keep private widget or desktop links secure.

LUMER is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@lumer.live.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. These countries may have different data-protection laws. We take steps intended to protect information according to this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an updated date or notice in the product.
