Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LUMER.live, including our website, dashboards, creator widgets, overlays, alerts, analytics, desktop companion tools, and related services.

By creating an account, connecting a TikTok account, subscribing, or using LUMER, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LUMER provides tools for live creators, including browser-source widgets, TikTok LIVE overlays, supporter analytics, text-to-speech, alerts, loyalty features, and local desktop controls.

Some features depend on third-party platforms, apps, networks, browser sources, OBS or similar streaming software, payment providers, and TikTok availability. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features as the product evolves.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may connect TikTok through TikTok Login Kit or other approved TikTok workflows. LUMER does not ask for your TikTok password.

You must notify us if you believe your account, dashboard, widget links, stream keys, or desktop connection has been compromised.

You control the text, images, audio, videos, automations, media files, actions, commands, overlays, and widget settings configured in your account.

You may not use LUMER to create, upload, display, trigger, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unsafe.

You are responsible for following TikTok rules, OBS or streaming-software rules, payment-provider terms, local law, and the rules of any platform where you use LUMER.

Paid plans, if offered, renew according to the plan shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Unless required by law or stated in writing for a specific offer, fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins. You may cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting support.

LUMER may integrate with TikTok, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, rate limits, account restrictions, or platform decisions that affect your use of LUMER.

Some LUMER features may run on your own computer to control local stream tools, sounds, scenes, media, or other creator workflows. You are responsible for configuring these actions safely.

Do not use local actions in a way that damages systems, bypasses permissions, disrupts other users, or violates software or platform rules.

LUMER, including our software, design, branding, templates, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You keep ownership of content you provide to LUMER. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

We work to keep LUMER reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure service. Live streaming tools can be affected by local devices, internet quality, browsers, third-party APIs, and platform changes.

We may suspend or limit access to protect users, protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or investigate security or payment issues.

LUMER is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, stream interruptions, platform enforcement, or loss of audience engagement.

You may stop using LUMER at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use the service unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms, will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an updated date or notice in the product.

Your continued use of LUMER after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
